Are you kidding? This will effectively negate the entire purpose of the "No Call List" which, while not perfect, has been at least somewhat effective in reducing the number of intrusive garbage calls that one has to endure. If anyone doubts it's effectiveness they need only look at this proposal and all the other ploys being attempted or proposed by the telemarketing industry to undermine it. This program needs to be strenghtened NOT diluted!
