I would like to express my opinion that I do NOT desire a change in the Do Not Call list "mechanics". I prefer NOT to have prerecorded announcements of any sort, whether a pre-existing business relationship or not. I believe that if we really DO have this "relationship" they will have my address and can send me mail containing their message. I can then deal with it at my convenience rather than being interrupted by a telephone call that may only be a sound loop playing. If I want a commercial, I can turn on local radio. Again, at my time of choosing. Thank you for considering these views.
