Please do not allow this loophole. The problem I have is that in the past, the consumer has no ability to inform the telemarketing company that further messages are not wanted. Atleast with a live person, one can ask to be placed on the company's internal "Do Not Call" list. Thank you for taking the time to include me in this matter. Dennis Chambers
