What part of "Do Not Call" is not understandable to the individuals proposing this rule? When I put my phone number on the national Do Not Call list, it was because I don't want to be called by anyone. Period. The proposal in question seeks to water down the existing rule. Given the huge popularity of the list, it seems someone in the FTC has been living in a cave... or doesn't feel they need to listen to the people. Or, perhaps there's been an exchange of money for favors. In any case, I am quite happy being able to eat my dinner in peace and thus I am vehemently opposed to any change to the Do Not Call list in the manner proprosed.
