I have heard that the FTC is considering opening a loophole for pre-recorded phone marketing. I strongly oppose this! The whole point of the do not call list is so that I WILL NOT BE CALLED BY MARKETEERS (live OR recorded)!! It seems illogical to allow phone marketing to take place in any form after you have given people the right to elect against marketing!
