Comments:
The effort being organized by Allen Hile of the FTC's division of marketing practice to enact a loop-hole allowing tele-marketers to deliver pre-recorded messages would reduce the effectiveness of the Do-Not-Call list. The notion that pre-recorded telemarketing messages are permitted, even though a family or induvidual has obviously stated that tele-marketing is intrusive and undesireable, is ridiculous and could render the Do-Not-Call list useless. I oppose the aforemention effort in all possible ways. Thank you.
