I think it is outrageous that a list people voluntarily signed up for to reduce nuisance telephone calls could be used to allow any type of nuisance calls, regardless of the so-called limit to "existing business relationships." At the time people placed their personal information on the list, there was no mention that someday the owners of the info might simply "change their mind" and allow access to it for similarly distasteful purposes in the future. Reconsider this proposed idea immediately.
