I absolutely would NOT appreciate receiving recorded messages on my phone for any purpose under any circumstances. There are already too many of these being sent. These devices are annoying and exasperating, You know full well that the marketing industry will stretch these rules further than you ever imagined. We already get marketing calls from "so called" prior business relationships that only exist in the minds of the caller, just because I hired an air conditioning firm to clean my AC unit shouldn't mean they can sell my number to someone else who happens to mention thier name while trying to sell me something totally unrelated. Please don't do it. Don't allow any more loop holes than you already have. Thank you.
