I about died when I read that you were considering: opening a loophole in the year-old program to allow companies to deliver pre-recorded message telemarketing to American homes. Please, Please don't do this. It was pre-recorded messages that caused me so many problems before. There were times I would get 10-15 calls in one day. Always the pre-recorded ones. I would get them in the middle of the night even. Please don't do it, I beg of you. Just doing it makes me think someone there has been paid some big money to do it. I can't think of any way you can do it that it wouldn't be abused. Again I ask you not to do it. Sincerely, C. Tarr
