Dear sir, I cannot imagine how this ammendment will be good for anyone but big businesses that want to call up and bother people with unsolicited calls. If a company already has a pre-established business relationship with me then a) they under no circumstances need to leave me a recorded message -- they can have someone personally call me if it's that important b) they can contact me via USPS by sending me a letter c) The burden of "proving" that I should not be receiving these calls falls squarely on myself, and not the company doing the calling. If a company wants to call me in this manner, then they can first obtain my (signed) written permission as proof that I wish to accept unsolicited calls from them. I truly believe we should be reducing the power businesses have to disturb and annoy and pester people, not giving them more leeway to do just that. Sincerely, Nick Ambrose
