Please do not allow the DMA to weaken this law. The Do-Not-Call List has been tremendously effective from my point of view, and everyone I know supports it. No one I know needs sales-people, or recordings, calling them pushing them to buy products. We all have decent ideas what we want, and already see oodles of marketing through many other vectors. This legislation stands out to me as one of the few pieces of law in recent years that has stood up to major lobbies and come out strongly in the best interests of the genuine desires of the American populace. Please don't cave to lobbyists and give us more reason to be cyncical than we already have. Many thanks, -- John
