I am writing to whom it may concern about the proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule to create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. I am against this amendment and ask that you please do not pass it. We are bombarded with advertisements enough already and I would ask that you do not allow more of them to waste what precious little time we have with our families.
