The public DOES NOT WANT to be interrupted with telemarketing calls. We do not need further exemptions for telemarketers, we need to tighten the 'established business relationship' rules. Calls merely based on an 'established business relationship' should only be permitted in service of that prior transaction/relationship. Marketing calls should require an active opt-in beyond a business transcation itself.
