The reason I signed up on the do-not-call list is to prevent phone calls from marketers at my home. I do not want a loop hole to allow marketers to call me with a recorded message. recorded messages are worse than actual callers because you can't ask them for their name, phone number, contact information, etc to file a complaint. "established business relationship" is much too vague. Does that mean that Wallmart may call me with recorded messages as much as their marketing dept wants just because I purchased a candy bar in their store once? I think it is reasonable to expect that people who sign up for the do-not-call list want an end to marketing calls, automated or not. Please do not open a loophole for automated calls.
