I am totaly opposed to any changes to the do not call list. The rights of the public not to have their privacy disturbed is of greater value and more in the spirit of which this nation was founded than is the right of companies to make a profit. The do not call list is such a popular law, I'm shocked that the FTC would even consider making the law weaker.
