I see that a government agency is going to, once again, slip the shaft to the American public by developing a loophole in the Do Not Call Registry. When I signed on to the Registry it was because I did not want unsolicited phone calls. I still DO NOT WANT UNSOLICITED PHONE CALLS. I strongly object to this plan.
