I strongly object to changes that would allow pre-recorded telemarketing contacts. A call, pre-recorded or not, still constitutes an unwelcome interruption. A pre-recorded call can be even worse than a physical person as there is no way to request being removed from the list, no telemarketing employee profits from the call and it effectively becomes automated phone spam. Do not allow any such changes to be made.
