Do Not Call means DO NOT CALL. If a company with a prior relationship wants to canvass for my business again, they can send a letter with marketing info in it. That way I can deal with them on my own schedule and leave my lines clear for more important calls. The added cost should prevent frivolous marketing in an attempt to drum up sales. I am against allowing any way for a company to contact you via phone if you are on the Do-Not-Call list.
