I vehemently oppose this. I never ever want to hear from another telephone solicitor again. And believe me, I still get calls even though I signed up for the list. This is in no way stopped the slime-balls that are the Direct Marketing Association from calling my home. Although it is much, much less often. I propose that further limits be put on the Direct Marketing Association to end their shenanigans all together. I implore you to consider this list sacred. The people whom have signed on this list have spoken, look at the server logs, people couldn't sign up fast enough. We do not want to hear from the Direct Marketing Association at home ever.
