Please do not allow pre-recorded calls as an exception to the Do Not Call program. The Do Not Call is the best government program in m lifetime ... it has helped to reduce the time and aggrevation those solicitation calls engender. Before Do Not Call, I would get countless calls every day, interrupting my productivity. My stress level has gone down considerably and the very idea of more spam calls makes me almost physically sick. Our privacy is invaded day in and day out, with tracking our expenditures on credit and debit cards, photos at street corners lest we drive thru a yellow/red light, spam emails, tracking, etc. At least in my home I would like to know that the only phone calls I get are from people I want to talk with. Is that too much to ask ?????????
