Leave the Do Not Call law alone. I do not want recorded calls to be made an exception to this law because the criteria of having an "established business relationship" will be stretched far beyond the intended definition opening the door for spam to my phone. Further, recorded phone solicitation grabs the telephone line preventing me from ending the call and preventing me from using my line until the message completes. This is completely un acceptable. I do not support this proposed change.
