What does "Do Not Call" mean? Of course you should not violate the public trust by changing the rules, AFTER people have signed up and said "Do Not Call" them. If you make an exception, the marketing companies will quickly abuse it and the result will be unrestrained telemarketing as before. They can send me junk mail, let them do that.
