Hello, I am highly concerned about the prospect of opening the Do Not Call list to allow recorded communications from entities that have "existing business relationships" with people on the list. First, the purpose of the list is for people that do not want to be called, that is why they signed up. Second, if it were to be opened up, I would propose that people be asked again if they would like to be called, and would suggest that you will find an overwhelming majority that is not in favor of this. Third, while I understand the situation that the marketers may be in, it is wholly inappropriate to share this list with them, as many people, including myself and nearly everyone I know, put their cell phones, work phones, home phones, unlisted phones, etc. on this list. Marketers, even with an existing relationship, would not have access to all of those numbers, and this would create a vast, and inappropriate, resource of numbers. Finally, everyone knows that the definition of "existing relationship" will be stretched to the absolute limit, and there will be unscrupulous entities that will not only use this beyond its intent, but also extend its use to others (selling/redistributing the list). Please do not allow this to happen. Thank you for listening, Ian Story
