|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:This is a horrible idea. The proposed change in the National Do Not Call List specifies that recorded calls would be allowed only when an "established business relationship" exists, but provisions like that tend to be stretched to absurdity. These types of calls are the worst kind of telemarketing, and enough people break the National DNC list procedures already, and this change just encourages them to spam us further. Thank you for your consideration.
