The DNC list already has enough loopholes in it allowing me to be spammed by politicians and fundraisers and 'research' types, who are definitely NOT researching anything beyond my interest in being sold their products. Allowing this loophole is a BAD idea. I urge you to NOT allow any additional exceptions to the existing DNC list rules, and would also implore you to remove the existing exemptions as well. I simply DO NOT WANT PEOPLE CALLING ME. I think this is reasonable, and no commercial entity should have more control over my telephone and my privacy and my time than me. Thank you.
