Please do NOT provide a safe harbor that will allow telemarketing firms to provide prerecorded messages to consumers based on an "established business relationship". My family is still receiving frequent and exceptionally annoying telemarketing calls to this day from companies with which we have no relationship at all. In our experience, the system is being abused in any way possible by telemarketing firms, and we feel that providing another loophole will just worsen this situation. We are grateful that the FTC has made a stand against telemarketing, and hope the FTC will not weaken its stance. Thank you.
