I don't like this idea and believe that it will introduce a loophole that will increase the number of non-solicited calls placed to my phone. The phrase "established business relationship" is general and can be exploited to relax the constraints currently in place. Does it mean that I went to their website? This could be considered an "established business relationship". Does it mean that I called them and asked about a product that they sold? Is this considered to be an 'established business relationship'? I am happy with the current restrictions and would not like to see them relaxed. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my opinion. -Chris Ryan
