Comments:
The proposed amendment is SCANDALOUS. I signed up for the do not call list because I do not wish to be solicited by ANYONE for ANY reason. Telemarketing companies have shown themselves to be without moral bounds. If I wished to be solicited by companies with whom I already have a business relationship, then I wouldn't have signed up for this list. I am opposed to ANY changes that will permit anyone to call me for the purposes of solicitation.
