No - zero - marketing or telemarketing calls even from entities with which business may have been conducted. If any such calls gain ok from the commission said calls can be made exclusively - only - to those consumers who willingly, actively, knowingly 'opt-in'. While not pertinent to current issue, wireless (cellular) telephone numbers should not be publicly published in comparable form to landline (wired) telephones - any publicly published listing of wireless (cellular) telephone numbers should exclusively be of consumers who willingly, actively, knowingly 'opt in'.
