I don't want telemarketing calls of any kind, including from tape recorders. There are few things that would give me as much satisfaction as telemarketers being put out of business, so that the telephone service I pay for can be used to serve MY PURPOSES. As it is, because of telemarketers, no one can reach a live person at my phone number, because all calls go directly to an answering system. My phone is used for outbound calling. I boycott businesses that use offensive advertising tactics, including but not limited to telemarketing.
