Regarding the prerecorded message proposed change... There is a reason that the four people at my house appreciate the Do Not Call registry. Prerecorded calls are just as bad as any other telemarketing call. This result will be an abuse of the supposed "established business relationship." Surely I cannot be the only person against this?
