I find it difficult to express how bad an idea this is. Even several executives in charge of telemarketing companies have added themselves to the do-not-call list. The loopholes that are in place are quite bad enough without adding telemarketing spam... and do not kid yourself, that's what this is. Telemarketing companies will use WAV audio files and voice-over-IP to send these messages rather than American workers. Therefore, you're not adding jobs, and YOU, among other people, will have to put up with these messages.
