In my opinion, this proposal is an extremely bad idea. Why would anyone want to have pre-recorded voice mail delivered to them? I worked for a telemarketing company and I know how annoyed people are already to be getting telemarketing calls. In the past, telemarketers would hang up if they reached an answering machine or voice mail, now they will be specifically targeting these devices. Please leave the American people some small piece of their privacy and sanity. Don't allow prerecorded messages to circumvent the Do Not Call List. It's just spam delivered by recorded voice. Thank you.
