Are you kidding me? All pre-recorded dialed phone calls should be banned. Answering machines are okay, but if you are calling me, there better be a person on the other end of the line. No business should be able to call me unless I have a pre-existing relationship (one that >I< recognize), but even a company I do business with should hire someone to actually speak to me.
