Comments:
I am strongly against allowing pre-recorded messages to be sent to my phone. These types of messages should not be allowed regardless of any prior relationship I may have established. Pre-reorded messages simply make it cheaper for companies to call every prior customer and are much more annoying than a live person. Please DO NOT pass this amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Thank You Noah Mattern
