I am shocked and appalled that a loophole will be opened in the DNC registry that allows for pre-recorded messages to be sent via the phone to my home. Please let the public opt out of this type of phone spam, this type of advertising is something that brought me to signup on the DNC registry. PLEASE do not do this.. . is nothing sacred ?
