The Do Not Call list should remain exactly that. A list of people who do not want to be bothered either by a person or by a pre-recorded message. My evenings have become so much more enjoyable now that I am no longer bothered by telemarketers. Any loopholeplaces in the Do Not Call list will surely be abused by those looking to get around the list. Please let the Direct Marketing Association direct their efforts to those who are NOT on the do not call list an leave those on the list with their peaceful eveings.
