PLEASE do not consider ANY rule changes regarding the Do Not Call Registry at this time! I see no possible benefit to me or the other 64 million people who have already "opted out" of receiving calls and we shouldn't have to do it again with each unsolicited caller. Pre-recorded telemarketing calls are particularly insidious and should NEVER be allowed under any circumstances. If the impact would have little or no "dramatic results" as the FTC claims, then why bother to make a rule change in the first place? I vote NO to the rule change!
