The whole point of the do-not-call list is to not receive any telemarketing calls- at least this is why I signed up. Anything you do to permit companies to use the information I provided you for the purpose of avoiding telemarketing calls for any reason will pervert the whole purpose of the exercise. Particularly if these companies want to use the information for ... telemarketing. Please do not modify this law.
