Please do NOT allow telemarketers or any business to call with prerecorded messages. I find this the most intrusive and annoying type of telephone SPAM. I would oppose any measure which will allow these unwanted and unwelcome intrusions to increase, even if I have a 'preexisting relationship' with a company. Please help to restore a little tranquility to our lives. Thank you. Glenn Shopper
