It should be perfectly clear that we don't want to be disturbed by any anonymous unsolicited phone calls whether or not there is a live person on the other end. It is an invasion of one's privacy. Making an exception for recorded messages is ludicrous! It is against the intent of the law as it now reads. Don't let it happen!
