Modifying the great do-not-call list with this: ...on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. makes the whole thing useless. Vendors use any excuse to create an "established business relationship" out of nothing. If a customer and a business have a preexisting relationship, it's safe to assume that the customer will at some point call the business again. If not, they must not have been needing any contact. Please don't cripple one of the most public facing consumer-friendly things ever done by the FTC,
