Allen Hile (of the FTC's division of marketing practice) has proposed allowing companies to deliver "pre-recorded message telemarketing" to customers with whom an "established business relationship" exists. I object to any proposal that weakens the effect of the national Do Not Call Registry; I will vote as needed to ensure that this (and any similar) proposals are not passed.
