People who have signed up for the national do-not-call list do NOT want ANY additional phone calls for ANY marketing-related purpose - exisiting relationship or not. These changes that are being proposed are clearly not in the interest of the people on the do-not-call list and are obviously part of a "what can we get away with" campaign. DO NOT ALLOW ANY EXPANSION OF EXEMPTIONS FOR CONTACTING PEOPLE ON THE DO-NOT-CALL LIST.
