This blatantly and obviously mocks the entire purpose of the registry. This isn't the most popular piece of legislation in the history of the country because of the exemptions, it's popular because of the restrictions. NO ONE WANTS TELEMARKETERS CALLING THEM. Especially people who've put themselves on a public listing saying they don't want to be called by telemarketers.
