Comments:
I am on both my state and the federal do not call list because I do not want to be called at home by telemarketers for any reason at any time. Opening loopholes to allow any of those calls is unacceptable and should not in any way be considered a "reasonable" comprimise. I strongly favor an opt-in only approach to telemarketing calls. If the telemarketing industry is unhappy with this, perhaps they can pursue productive work instead of annoying people who would never be their customers anyway.
