The Do Not Call list and the rules surrounding it should not be amended or tampered with in any way. To do so would render the agreement the government has made with the list's members invalid. Looking for loopholes around the rules goes against its whole purpose; people signed that list for one reason and one reason only: to STOP THE CALLS COMING INTO THEIR HOME.
