This proposal is completely absurd. The entire purpose of do not call lists is to allow consumers the ability to designate their phone lines for rejecting all unsolicited phone calls. Those who put their names on the list effectively would have their numbers be made *more* available to telemarketers, and will end up having been completely deceived by the FCC. This proposal must be struck down.
