Greetings; The item, Docket number RIN 3084-0098 concerning delivery of prerecorded messages to consumers is an absolute outrage! Even though I have from its beginning been registered on the National Do-Not Call list, I still get solicitations which are a perversion of the established business relationship clause. If this item goes into effect it will increase my unwanted calls. If this also affects my cellular phones it will not only be annoying, but will cost me money for delivery of this unwanted traffic. I view this situation as absolutely unacceptable! Please reject the enactment of this or any other similar item which affects the privacy and/or cost to telephone subscribers. Thank you, Darryl Holder
