No means No. Isn't that why we have the National DoNotCall list in the first place? Privacy belongs to the people, so is each person's valuable time; and not some company wanting to make a buck selling products you don't need. If this amendment passes, then we are as good as having no DoNotCall list. This is what we call special interests.
